"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Immediately upon arrival, the technician was totally professional introducing self and communicating in the most polite manner possible. The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. "Called Steve on Monday morning at about 9am. Tried to explain job over phone, Steve provided ballpark numbers and offered to provide a better estimate by going to the sites. He's in Burlington, we're in Newton and Waltham. He could have no expectation of getting the job but he was fully prepared to invest time and effort into a quote. By 10:30 he was back with a quote that was significantly less than his ballpark. Felt like a no-brainer, so asked him to please go ahead.

The following morning (less than 24hrs from first contact) he went to site #1 and removed the material there - he removed all material, swept the area clean and picked up some yard waste that we hadn't even discussed - A+.

I met him at site #2. There was a lot more material here. He set about sorting and loading it and I left him to his work. When I returned later that day - everything had been removed right down to the last splinter!!! - A+.

From the time I first called him to the time all of the debris had been removed was less than 24 hours. Jack Bauer has nothing on this guy...

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.
