"Darrow asked us a lot of questions and suggested that we try to repair it before replacing it (Which would cost 6K!). he said we probably could get some more life out of it and resolve some of the issues we were having. He also said that if we invested some money in it but still needed to replace it, he would take that into account in replacement costs. So clearly he was confident his repairs would work. My preventive maintenance window was from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Chris arrived at 10:00 a.m. He set about to check out my A/C system, added R22 (is it still called Freon?) coolant and cleaned my A/C unit. What was also refreshing is that I did not get a hard sell for any additional products, services or systems.  I am a new customer and will be a repeat customer.
