"It went very well. It turned out that the new door was just slightly taller than the door being replaced, and Dan informed me that I could return the door to the store where I bought it and have them shorten it, however this would add some cost to my expenses that I didn't want. He then suggested installing the door anyway even though the casings were a bit too short leaving a gap at the bottom, as this would still meet the requirements necessary for the water heater to be installed. He said he would look for more matching casing while this would give the plumber time to come and install the water heater since he knew I was concerned about getting that done as quickly as possible before the leak got worse. I was able to get the water heater installed finally, and Dan came back and replaced the short casing with the casing that was the correct length. He also spent some time getting the right casing which I appreciated. He paid a lot of attention to detail and the job was done right. I am very happy with the job, and the quality of work. Dan is a friendly and conscientious person, he contacted me and let me know what was going on with this project and also met with me beforehand to measure and check out what would be replaced and look over the project before beginning, and also giving me an opportunity to meet him and telling me about himself and his credentials. I would recommend him absolutely!"
