"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink.
