He offered to even provide temporary cooling between agreeing to move forward and the install date because they were booked for about 10 days. The guys were on time install day and kept their work clean, and worked around our dog. Joe recommended moving the A/C condenser from my back door, to the side of the house at no extra charge. This was something none of the previous contractors had mentioned, and made so much sense as the condenser was next to my patio and back door. We met a week later and he walked me though all the parts of the system, and what I need to do for future maintenance. For a young and inexperienced homeowner this was as painless as it could be, the work was done well, and their personalities made for an easy experience. Highly recommend."

"Our air went out at the start of summer during an extremely hot period (90's+!). Due to the way our place is set up, it was a REALLY tough install that required using a crane to get the AC on the roof, and pulling the water heater - which it turns out needed replacement also (ugh!). Rich came to our rescue, even loaning us a portable AC that we could use until the install could be done. He worked hard, and coordinated well with the plumber we had in to pull/replace the water heater. He was friendly, very flexible and did good work. We're very happy with the service he gave us. On top of all of this, his price was very reasonable. Much less than the other guys and some of them took one look at our system and flat out refused the job! I highly recommend you call Rich and skip some of the "big names" in town that want to charge more, and work less hard for you. Its rare to find service companies these days with a solid work ethic, who deliver great service for a fair price."

"The person who makes the appointment always gave me wrong information about our appointments or changed them without asking. The people who came to the house and did our new windows were amazing, friendly and fast. If it wasnt for their crew who actually come to the house I would say stay away. But the men who did my 7 windows, and sliding door in 1 day I can't rave enough about."
