"The reason I have Matt 4.5 stars and not 5 was the problem did not need repairing .He took the time to check out the leak and other plumbing issues while he was there(about 1 1/2 hrs.)And disclosed to me the issue was nothing severe and did not need replacing or repairing He could have taken me for a ride and he did not.Very honest I will call him back for any other issues and let you know how his work is.He seems very thorough and consciousness."
