"Our air went out at the start of summer during an extremely hot period (90's+!). Due to the way our place is set up, it was a REALLY tough install that required using a crane to get the AC on the roof, and pulling the water heater - which it turns out needed replacement also (ugh!). Rich came to our rescue, even loaning us a portable AC that we could use until the install could be done. He worked hard, and coordinated well with the plumber we had in to pull/replace the water heater. He was friendly, very flexible and did good work. We're very happy with the service he gave us.
