"It went very well. The estimator was very nice. He was the tipping factor for me going with the company. The installer arrived on time, in fact, early. Installed the garage door in no time. One thing, had to ask him to clean up the trash instead of leaving it piled in the corner of my garage. He stated he couldn't take it with him. If it blew out the truck, it was a fine. I get it, but don't leave it piled up. Overall nice work."

He also programmed the panel and his explanations were clear and concise. We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.
