I spoke to them first thing Monday morning and explained our need was urgent due to my ill 89 year-old mother-in-law. I spoke to Mike at 8:30 AM and he said he would replace it today. He arrived at 5:30 PM after a long workday and worked until after 7 PM. He did a great job and we very much appreciated his willingness to work late. Kelly Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing company. "Based on Angie's List reviews, I contacted The Clean Plumbers and scheduled a service call. The plumber showed up as scheduled and even called to let us know he was enroute. He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."
