So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. He explained what he did while we waited for the ice thingy to fill up. The price was good and the Sunday appointment was a life saver, since it's hard to take off work to meet a repair person."

"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! After the installation, David explained it to me in detail, and left a radon kit so that my buyers could check the new levels. Not suprisingly, my buyers are more than happy with the results. We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro.  Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty.  We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system.  We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
