"Innovative Garages did a wonderful job for me. They have a great showroom where you can go pick out the colors as well as the type of floor surface. Lisa was very helpful while I was making my selections. They were very flexible with scheduling, and moved me up in the schedule when there was a vacancy. Fritz and the team did a very nice job. The job was done very efficiently and there was no mess to clean up afterwards. I could not be more pleased with the results - the floor is beautiful. Thank you!"

"The deck is beautiful. There were a few minor things that we noticed during and after the build that needed to be fixed but it was no problem. I gave punctuality a B because they began the work each day at a different time between 8 and 10. Most days they did not arrive at the time given the night before however there were some car troubles. I gave a B for professionalism for lack of communication between the boss and the men doing the actual work. The men showed up in the morning asking for the blueprints of the deck we drew, having not seen them prior to the job. Seems they should have seen the plans before the day of, we did send them to the boss. Also, they lacked some tools required for 2 people to work efficiently.  One more thing, the guys would smoke while working instead of taking 5 min at the side of the house. It would have been nice to see that happen.
They cleaned up the work-site before going home each day and were careful to not lay the pile of wood directly on the lawn. My children enjoyed staring out the window while they worked and the men were very accepting of it as well as courteous to our whole family.
My overall grade is a B because I would have liked to see some better preparedness and less "have to run to the store" because we forgot something. I felt like all the material needed ought to be there from day 1. Again, the lack of communication between the boss and the men doing the actual work. The employees however, will do anything and everything you ask of them, whatever it takes to make you happy. With a cost of course if it wasn't in the plans. Basically, the boss will get you on the calender and tell you the cost and the guys will do the rest.

"Mike at Earthwood Arts came out and gave me a quote.  He explained that they only use cedar because it won't warp.  The Earthwood Arts website didn't have a similar picture to what I wanted so Mike emailed me pictures.  They built a very strong beautiful cedar pergola.  They came when they were scheduled and it took two days, just like they said..  Mike came and quality checked the pergola.  Earthwood Arts was very professional and build a very quality product.  I was very satisfied with the product and the service level."

"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. If you're considering a project, call these guys, nice people, easy to work with and the results have been great."

"Curts was the original builder of our house. The work, attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding. During both projects Curt was always onsite and unlike many contractor, with a hammer or some other tool in his hand. If we had and issue or concern he took care of it immediately.  We have over twenty years experience with Curts and he would be our FIRST choice for any remodeling or building project."

"Scheduled at 10 am and the handyman was prompt and pleasant. He purchased and picked up the materials for us. He replaced the Lauan cabinet bottom with oak. The Materials were a little more costly and better than what was in there so the job cost more than I expected. The workmanship is good and he cleaned up afterwards. Including two trips for materials he was here about 3 hours.

"I've worked with Indy Construction in the past on our rental properties.  This was our first commercial project.  We have a 18 unit office building and the plumbing lines backed up into the building.  We called them out on an emergency call at about 8 am.  A crew showed up by 3 to extract all the water in every unit, and started direct boring by the following morning.  Indy Construction Exceeded my expectations and usual.  The also listened to all the issues my tenants had and helped diffuse a lot of tension.  They really bailed me out on this one
