"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The job went really well.  I dealt mostly with Andy's crew chief, Brian who was straight forward and always responsive.  When Brian quoted the cost he took a deposit and said they  were about 6 weeks out before the job could commence.   Due to the amazing amount of rain we had this Fall we fell behind a slight bit.  Brian always kept me informed by email as to the situation and when I could expect the job to begin.  He arrived at 7:30 AM last Friday with a large crew that stripped off 3 old roofs, installed new skylights and applied a new roof finishing everything up by 5:00PM.  The crew, to a man, was courteous and professional.  They spread tarps over all of my gardens and bushes and left the yard as clean as they found it. 

When the job was finished Andy stopped by to make sure that everything was OK.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his great crew again."

"AJ texted me to let me know that he was 15 minutes out and arrived exactly when he said he would. I walked him thru the problem - he quickly ideated a solution and let me know what was the most cost effective solution. 
AJ was professional, clean, timely, and just a great guy. 
We were able to negotiate with the buyer and we ended not having to do the maintenance. I felt kinda bad - as I want to make sure companies like M&M succeed. He had me at showing up on time - and totally won me over with his approach and vision.
You would be an unfortunate person if you didn't give these guys a call and at least quote on your project. I know for my next project - in our new home - they will be the company I call.
