"Do Not Recommend. On Day 10 with no AC. 8 months ago, Logan Services replaced the brand new HVAC they installed due to ongoing issues and multiple service and troubleshooting visits. At the time, we were very satisfied that they worked to make things right. We've had the current HVAC for 8 months and it has stopped working. A technician came Friday and confirmed that someone would be here Monday to fix it. No one has shown up. We called and they said we are not on the schedule and someone will get back to us. No one has returned our call. We are going on day 10 with no AC, receiving little to no communication and no sense of urgency. This is not what I expect after spending $18,000 and pay for their Maintenance Plan. We've now purchased portal AC units to get us by until this is fixed. I have little confidence in their products and services and would highly recommend you look elsewhere."

Dan was my sales rep that offered the above services. Bobby was the installer & was professional & did a great job. Install was scheduled on a Monday after I committed on a Friday; so very quick! "We started our pond project in 08/2024. 12/25 and the pond is still not done! We didn?t get all the paid Bentonite installed. The seeds for the grass are still not down, the bridge is at the wrong spot and the platform is too small and the rocks are also still not placed where they should be. I?m very disappointed with the work I got and concerned as well, after what I heard saying about your business practices!"
