Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). "Fantastic. John told me what he was going to do (a). gentle removal of the cause of the clog or b). snaking, which is harder on old pipes). He told me what I might have to have done if those options didn't work. Fortunately, he was able to clear the clog and THEN he said since I don't rely on a septic tank, the best way to keep drains free is to pour a couple of cups of bleach down my drains (one drain per week) and flush with hot water after a couple of hours. By the way, they are also known as Masterworks Plumbing, if you are looking them up. Can't say enough good things about them!"
