Ramiro also recommended some changes to the thermostat settings which he programmed with my approval. Overall, i was very pleased and i will have Shavitz do the annual maintenance of the fan coil and AC unit."

I really like the honesty and being given the options. The new pump was installed the next day by the same technician, who looks like having done it many times. Everything works perfectly afterward.
