My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"Well. Units have functioned perfectly, with exception of one that leaked condensation water in 2020. J. Vaughan came to fix the unit. First he cleared the connecting tubes. This did not fix the problem. He returned three weeks later to completely re-install the unit. He claimed it had not originally been properly installed so the repair was free of charge. Jimmy is fair, professional, and honest. Our system works very well now. We'd recommend his business without hesitation."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given.
