Here’s my honest take: Cost: Rick’s estimate was very reasonable (not cheap because you get what you pay for but lower than most). Rick provided us with options along the way but never pushed and there were times when he told us where we could save money. Schedule: Once the guys got rolling, things were done in a matter of weeks. Rick gave us an estimated completion date and his team nailed it! Quality: The amount of skill and effort that went into making sure that EVERYTHING was done perfectly is unmatched. "Leo's Home improvement exceeded my expectations. I have been trying to get my deck enclosed for the pass 8 years or so but due to county restrictions I was not allowed a roof. Peter came up with this brilliant idea to just build another deck on top with an insulated roof. He was persistent with dealing with the county office for about a week until he got approval. I must also point out that he was there every day either working or ensuring that everything was being done correctly. We had some zoning issues that delayed the start of the porch, but Phoenix took care of the whole process for us. We did not have to lift a finger to fill out any paperwork or deal with any county zoning people.
