The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. "It went well. I haven't had the work done yet. They did come out and looked at it. I was just thinking that maybe a contractor could come out and try to put down more sheetrock up. They said that what they do is clean out any mold before they do the sheetrock. I am unable to grade the price because I haven't got a quote yet. They said I would need two quotes; one from the contractor and one from them. No work has been done yet so I can't grade the quality. They were good."

"What a surprisingly wonderful experience we had with BioClean. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Brian and Dennis showed up exactly on time. Both men are absolute professionals, and are extremely honest! Within minutes of entering the home, they measured the air for particulates, and said that it wasn't a high reading at all. They proceeded to test around our home, and also up in the attic where the air handler is. The thought to look in places we never would have thought to look, but they said everything was actually in good condition. We did figure out that there is moisture in the basement coming from what may be a leaky toilet on the main floor - which we never would have known. The took their time, were very thorough, and made no money from us (with the free estimate coupon they posted here on Angie's List). They could have told us anything, and we would have believed it (and probably paid through the nose). But - these guys truly are wonderful, honest, and professional. If we have more work to do after the plumber comes to fix the leak, we will DEFINITELY call them to do the work. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 43."
