Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good.
