He was highly organized, professional, and efficient and got the air testing and repair process underway in lightning time. As someone on chemotherapy to whom mold is potentially dangerous, I especially appreciated his professional background in health services. "Paul cam to assess the mold on my basement walls and he didn't just come in a look. He went above what we thought he'd do and inspect the baseboard in the entire basement. He also checked oitsode to see where the moisture could be coming in from. He was very efficient and helpful with providing information on air filters, remediation, and potential causes and how to prevent. We would use him again."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
