"Mr. Mcneil went out of his way to come at the end of a long day on a Friday evening to repair my furnace because the weather was predicted to be cold over the weekend. Originally he had said he would come on Monday, but he said he realized that the weather would make it an uncomfortable weekend for me and came after 6 PM to help me out. So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour. Also because of the Pandemic, I really appreciated his effort to stay far away from me and to not come into my house. We communicated by phone or at a great distance outside.
