Ultimately, the process was more about a presentation for solar panels that anything else, which was not what we were looking for when we purchased the offer. Out of a total of five companies I called to have my air conditioning fixed, they were the only ones who could figure out what was wrong and they did this over the phone in less than a minute. They came to my home, fixed it and it has worked without any problems ever since. They are clean, neat, nice, personable, friendly, professional and so much more. And, they cover their shoes so they do not bring dirt into the house! I started using them about four years ago and I have them out twice a year to service and check the heating and air conditioning. "Russell was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful with planning and deciding what needed to be done for my home insulation project. His team was prompt and on time every day which really impressed me, especially since they drive from the OC each day! They fully removed my old insulation, cleaned and sanitized my attic, rodent proofed it, and then blew in treated cellulose. They don't do spray foam insulation, but as I learned from this project that's not always the best answer, anyways. Everybody was professional and they cleaned up as they went.
