I had four people give me a bids, with a high bid of $8000. Marty actually made two trips out to the cabin and brought with him Mike the second time. They came up with a way that I could do it myself for less than $200. I ve owned this cabin since 2005 and I ve spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of work done on it. "A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace.
