I called a local plumber here in Prosper twice and left messages on Friday night and Saturday morning, as well as leaving service request messages on their website and never got a reply. I called Baker Brothers who answered immediately and scheduled a repair for the afternoon. They actually arrived early and gave me advice on replacing the HWH vs installing a tankless system and we went with standard HWH and replace both units since we have a recirculating pump and as they told me, tankless means endless, not instant hot water! Save us $2000 by going with regular tank HWH units."
