"They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."

"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. Great work and I'll be using them again for many years to come."

"David was excellent! We had a gas leak in our home, and he arrived quickly to diagnose and repair the issue. He explained everything in detail and ensured our home was safe before he left. I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing for any gas line repairs! Thomas"

"Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Legend Plumbing and Jesse came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. When they were scheduled to work they arrived promptly, and cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire Legend Plumbing again."

"See above; I will be calling them to fix my other toilet! I don't mind paying for quality work, etc, but I don't like being taken advantage of! I'm self-supporting!"

"We met Bob shortly after moving to Texas when we had busted pipes. His courtesy and professionalism during a time when he could have easily taken advantage of a bad situation, showed that he cares about building a long-term relationship with his customers. We have continued to utilize him for all of our plumbing needs. The reason - he tells you what you need, why you need it and then fixes it correctly the first time. He also pays attention to the little details, like making sure that the caulk around the shower handles is installed neatly. You cannot go wrong with him. I highly recommend."

"Contacted after foundation repair. Inspection found sewer line break under slab, tested and quoted price. Work began following week and continued through the following week due to weather (rain). Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again."

"Primeline Plumbing company is professional. The company is trustworthy. Hard to find someone you can trust and reasonable cost. Great service, no mess. Thank you Art!"

"I got a call in advance of the technician's arrival stating his approximate time. Troy, a Master Plumber, looked at my water heater installation and I asked him for a bid for both a tank and tankless gas water heater. He was very thorough, professional and competent. He inspected the gas supply line, all the gas consuming devices in the household to determine BTU consumption rates. He stated I would need a larger gas meter from CPS Energy. At the end, he gave us two clear bids as requested. No high pressure, no gimmicks, just a bottom line price for the two jobs. We will secure another bid from a different vendor before we make our final decision as it is a lot of money for either option but we were impressed with the Jon Wayne operation overall."
