They explained what they were doing, and when an issues was found with the original construction (drywall was cemented right on the cinder block so they could not remove all of it) they presented options and resolved the situation. Beautiful walk in shower with safety features for my elderly mother so we know she can be safe when we're away. Clean up was thorough, we were very pleased with the whole process."

"This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. He listened carefully to what we wanted but also made a number of important suggestions to improve the results. Each day his team was hard at work - they were trustworthy and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly each day. Diaz goes the extra mile to make things convenient - including hauling away trash/junk, recommending a local showroom, and picking up materials that we had ordered for the job. The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. "DMV has been excellent in kitchen and bath remodeling. They did a wonderful job renovating our two baths and kitchen in 2014. Their customer care and pricing is commendable. More recently in 2024 we had more remodeling tasks done by DMV under excellent supervision of Jordi.
