"Ben McElroy, owner and operator, arrived right on time with all the right equipment and had a very nice business demeanor. He steam cleaned, did pet odor treatment, sanitized and applied scotch guard treatment at a very reasonable price. He was here about 1 .5 hours and did 4 rooms and a hallway. Spots have come out that have previously been treated unsuccessfully by others. My grandchildren can safely play now on my carpeting."

"Jeff was on time and he was very professional and courteous. He got to the job right away and worked for almost two hours. I had him steam clean my carpet. He has a truck mounted cleaning system and cleaned my carpet decently. There was some soap residue on my hardwood floor where he moved his cleaning equipment. I think I got the good value for my money."
