After two attempts contacting their answering service, they finally contacted me 2 hours after the 2nd attempt when I had gotten another plumber. The owner called me on Monday and apologized for his answering service and offered to pay for the service call from the other plumber and install the gas valve required for free. I really think this is excellent customer service. When you acknowledge that you have a problem with your system and immediately make it right, that is all you can expect from a service provider.
