"It's not often that I rave about a service provider, but in this case, I will!
A gentleman came with his son and took care of ALL my problems. I had a plugged drain line and no emergency shutoff switch, so when it backed up it spilled all over. I cut the drain pipe and let it fall into a bucket until he came. When he came he fixed the pipe, cleaned the blockage and sprayed down the condenser (the inside unit) with cleaner. He did this fast and courteously. All fixed!
I had called my house insurance about this but the repair people they told me to use said it was a "maintenance" item and was NOT covered. The company they sent me to (NOT Pioneer) said they would fix it for much more than my deductible. I was extremely upset. (I will file another Angies list report on them)  But after I called Pioneer, I calmed down.
I am going to see if I can get my insurance co to use Pioneer.
I wish I could remember the names of the gentleman and his son,  but the repair slip is illegible and all I can make out is Justin (his Son, maybe?)
I give Pioneer my strong recommendation.
