"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. He never complained that my issue was more difficult than he was expecting, he made a few jokes, kept in contact with both me and my husband every step of the way, and offered a very generous price. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Billy will be my first call!"

"I hired them for a 2 phase project. They were very unprofessional while they worked at my home. One employee spun his tires on his truck and kicked gravel all over my car. The dirt that was excavated from the project was to be hauled away. They were supposed to pour a 6" concrete slab that was at the elevation of existing driveway. They dug for a 4" slab and had to raise the forms to pour the slab. They had to raise the driveway to the slab elevation. When asked to keep the driveway open for access for my family and any deliveries, I was told by the owner that he would not pull off the driveway. They pumped out the concrete truck in our parking area and left it until it was hardened and then buried it when they back filled instead of removing it from the site. I would not recommend them for anything more than a mail box!"

"I was surprised that Mike answered my phone call on a Sunday after 5PM when my hot water heater broke. We agreed he would come Monday morning. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. My hot water heater had to be ordered as it is an older type of system. The next day, I noticed some leaking. Mike's son came out and stopped the leak and was able to restore hot water to our house (we have a 2 tank system) while we waited for the new one to arrive. The new tank arrived and they very promptly got it installed for us. I had been using a larger plumbing company that always charged an exorbitant fee just to show up at my front door. PMK Plumbing did NOT nickle and dime me like the larger plumbing companies do. I am delighted to find a personal, independent plumbing company for my future plumbing needs! Mike called me after the installation to make sure everything was working well and verify we were satisfied. I whole heartedly recommend PMK Plumbing!"
