"When my boiler/hot water heater system malfunctioned and water was pouring out rapidly in my basement, as a single mom who had never encountered anything like this before, I didn't even know where to begin. I made several calls trying to find someone who would be willing and available to help and couldn't find anyone to come out for a couple days (even the emergency 24 hours/day numbers!). So thankful that my last call was to Home Advisor and within minutes, Alan (the owner) called me wanting to help. Alan was AMAZING and helped me walk through what to do over the phone to temporarily resolve the problem until more advanced troubleshooting could occur the next morning. If I ever have any issues with heating or electrical services in the future, Alaska Breeze Mechanical will be my first call!"

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"Outside water spigot was replaced along with installing an emergency shut off inside my home. It was a difficult area to work in. Brandon was very professional in his work and his explanation of what needed to be done. Very happy with the completed job!"

"Rob gave me options for either repairing or replacing the water heater. Either way he was able to resolve my issue of not having hot water within a few hours. I had just moved in and had not had a hot shower in the 4 days I have lived here. So, I'm extremely happy. He was also very kind to my dog who had been tramatized after a cross country move. I would highly recommend."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"We suffered a water spigot break due to freezing weather that was not discovered until the line was charged in the spring. This caused significant water damage in our basement. Gary came over within 24 hours of notification, evaluated and identified the problem and had it corrected within a short amount of time. He also came back a week later for the same thing on the other spigot that started to give us problems also from the extreme cold weather in February. I would highly recommend Restoration Mechanical and their technicians. Gary is extremely professional, through and easy to work with. The price was very fair given the emergency circumstances."

"They did a good job installing and cleaning up but they forgot to seal off the chimney where they cut off the old water heater duct."

"He was going to come that afternoon but got delayed, & came the next morning, about 30 minutes late. He suggested a more extensive, expensive repair, but I only got the one done that I requested."
