I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are all smiles and charming until you hand them upfront payment in full. They take your money and run. They also threaten the customer and have the largest number of excused why they can't/won't work. I had to retain an attorney to recoup my money and a reputable HVAC contractor who had to correct inadequate work done and finish the installation. I was guaranteed that the work would be completed before my scheduled carpet installation, which was 15 days sfter signing the contract with Village. Mike said they would be done in 3 days and that was a big lie. After not meeting the deadline and after constant reminders to Village and reassurances by Village the carpet was installed. Then Village decided it was OK to walk on the carpet with muddy shoes. No apology from them either. They installed a thermostat 4 feet from a stove in the kitchen, which is amateur at best. Thank God I found a great company who corrected and installed my new system."
