I was particularly impressed with the detail he went into, and the time he spent making sure we understood everything. We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision."

Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy.
