We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"They talked with me nice and completed good normal work. It was very expensive, I assume mostly because they did come after normal business hours. I asked them if they could send someone right away. They didn't give an arrival expectation because they had limited staff but the plumber stopped out to my house within 3 hours from my original call. Overall I was relieved that they stopped the leaking water before more damage could be done."
