"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain. He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"Top rate customer service! The Rep explained how the system works and answered all of my questions on Kinetico. The installers called to see if they could arrive early, showed up as planned, and had the system installed in about an hour including removal of my old system. They left the area clean, took away all of the trash and were polite and friendly. Before they left they gave me a thorough briefing on how to maintain the system. I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their system!"
