"We needed a whole house water filter and softener system for our new construction home. We got multiple bids but were most impressed with both the people and the Kinetico system from American Water. Romaldo came out and tested our water and gave us a great explanation of the water state and options to improve. I was particularly impressed with the detail he went into, and the time he spent making sure we understood everything. We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision."

"Abdiel was super to work with. He really knew his stuff and explained so many things to me that I did not know before. He gave me such a great deal that i couldn't say no. The system is perfect and the water delightful. Lucian installed the system. Couldn't have asked for anyone more gentlemanly. Very meticulous about his work. Seems to be a great company all around."

"We had our new system up and running the next day after I picked the model I wanted. I wish I had done this a lot sooner. Finally got rid of our hard water problems."

"I purchased both a water treatment & purification System. Added a Reverse Osmosis for drinking water and ice."

"This company has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We bought a new home that was pre-plumbed for a water softener system and under sink RO filter so decided to get the filters immediately. While staying in an Air B&B I searched on Home Advisor for high rated companies and Basin Water Solutions was among the best rated. So, I requested quotes from the top few companies. Basin Water Solutions was the first to contact me. Communication was great and the quote even better. I paid less than half of what a friend of mine paid for the same (probably better) system. Once the technicians arrived to do the install it became clear that the outstanding customer service is culture in this company. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest."

"Our machine is working super smoothly. The water feels completely different. The staff who installed our system has been really helpful with any questions that we had after it was installed. I am very pleased with the results."

"Justine from Prostar was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us great price options and followed up after the installation to be sure we were happy. They were on time and did a great job! The technician thoroughly explained what they were doing and how long it would take. We had several quotes/options, but Prostar Water definitely provided the best product and service for the money!"

"What I thought would’ve been a stressful experience ended up being great! Bob arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. Very transparent. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and costs for my water heater replacement. I highly recommend Rockin V to anyone looking for fair prices and a job well done! Thank you!!"

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
