"Stephen and Wendel's crew at Key Waterproofing Construction did an excellent job in waterproofing my basement with cement. They were extremely professional, and superfast. Completed the job in five hours, had a crew of six, to completed a foundation of 200 sq ft. The price was right and job was impeccable, crew left the site nice and clean."

"I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for a basement waterproofing inspection and preventive water leakage plan. When I initially called him said there was nothing him could do for the issues that I was having; I then told him about the deal purchased and he said he could come out. So when he came out took a look, he emailed me a short list of what needed to be done and said I only had one month to decide if I wanted them to repair what needed to be to done to use the credit. I had other estimates done for free and they gave me a detailed written report with brochures. I feel that I should not have to pay for a estimate that could have been done for free."

"We have been getting water in our basement since we moved here a couple years ago. This last time was the worst. Inner Boston came Take a look and figure out the issue. Were very quick to come in and give me a solid estimate. They walked me around the house showed me and explained in detail what the issue was and what needed to be done to ensure that we no longer got water in the basement. They saw that not so great weather was coming up so they came in and got the work done within just a couple days. I mostly spoke with Mark but all super nice and so great to deal with! Iâ m so glad that we chose them to do the job. Highly recommend!"

"Reliable, innovative, cost effective waterproofing basement leak solutions. I ly recommend contacting them for. quote and consultation. They gave us a lifetime guarantee on the work they did for us."

"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks. The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! The crew showed up and they were very professional from start to finish. Great Company and fantastic owner!!! Thanks Dave :)"

"Crew showed up on time. Friendly and courteous. Work completed very professionally."

"Jonathan was very professional. He came over at a time in the evening that worked for me to see the job and provide an estimate. He and his partner then did an excellent job cleaning all the windows on the second and third story of my house, some of which were old and difficult to deal with. They were efficient and thorough, and Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with at all times. The windows look like new! I would use Ocean's Edge again without hesitation.

"Brookdale repaired a crack in our foundation. The work was carried out to a high standard, they were helpful and informative throughout the process. Would recommend the guys at Brookdale waterproofing and foundation specialists."

"Dennis came by promptly and gave an estimate on price and on when the work would be done. They were able to get the job done a week early (because parts for the drain channel came in on time and they has a space in their schedule). The team (led by Dennis' son) came on the day specified and on time and worked steadily until it was done (and done correctly). They swept up the footprints (rock dust and cement dust and whatever) tracked between the basement door and garage door. They even set up the dehumidifier I bought so it drains into the sealed sump directly. The installation meets the buyer's requirements and looks nice. It's definitely an upgrade for the basement space. Carol (the owner and Dennis' mom) and her office team were also a pleasure to work with on this basement waterproofing job. Since the office was less than 2 miles away from our home and time was short, I went there to execute the contract and place the deposit (rather than waiting for the postal service). You can contract and schedule remotely (via phone, mail, etc.) but then you wouldn't have the pleasure of meeting a team that loves their business and wants to do right by the customers."

"They did an excellent job in my basement. I had water leaking in through the walls and they came in and installed a system under my floor. When they finished it looks as good as new and you couldn't even tell they dug up the ground. They also installed a sump pump and gave a lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend and they did it all in 2 days. Very good at communicating and informing us of what the problem was and exactly how they were going to fix it. They were very communicative of any problems and did a wonderful job. If you need any waterproofing, definitely check them out. Totally worth the money. The owner Al was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The workers who arrived to complete the task were polite, respectful, and very diligent"
