"I received four estimates for my waterproofing project. Ultimately, I chose American A-1 Waterproofing due to the personalized and positive experience I had with Lou Manzo (Manager), Maurice (Foreman) and Crew Members. From the start, Lou was generally concerned with meeting my waterproofing needs. He actively listened to my concerns and provided satisfying solutions to achieve a dry basement without leading me down an unnecessary and confusing purchasing path. Lou explained the work to be done in great details. He was responsive to my calls, emails and texts and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Maurice and his crew members did an amazing job. They worked diligently during a heat wave and always demonstrated positive energy. They depicted such pride in their work -- making sure everything worked effectively and efficiently. I have to say, Lou really went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members replaced a clogged downspout drainpipe and installed a cleanout valve. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members connected an exterior drainpipe from the catch basin to eliminate standing water in my front yard. This concept was Brilliant! And completed at the at a fraction of the cost! In addition, Lou consumed the cost to unclog a sewer line that compromised my newly installed Waterproofing System. But wait there is more! I have been unable to attend to other pertinent matters on/around my property, as I am recovering from surgery. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Lou, Maurice, and all Crew Members at American A-1 Waterproofing. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and GENUINE. The team exceeded my expectations! Moreover, pricing for my waterproofing project was extremely fair."

"We had an outstanding experience with Weather-Tite Waterproofing and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward. Bob, the owner, was fantastic. He provided thorough explanations, kept us informed every step of the way, and maintained great communication throughout the project. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They completed the job on time and on budget, and their pricing was very fair for the quality of work delivered. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything went—it made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally manageable. We waited to write this review until after a few heavy rainstorms, and we’re thrilled to say our basement has stayed completely dry. No more worrying about water issues! We highly recommend Weather-Tite Waterproofing to anyone in need of waterproofing services. Top-notch company."

They Truly exceeded my expectation. Steve is extremely customer focused and ensures that his customers have a good understanding of why certain thing need to be done and what they are going to do. The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"I looked at many other basement waterproofing company's and Jersey Dry came in at a good price. They did a great job on installing the french drain system. No water! Basement Dry! Good Job!"

"Full waterproofing of the basement in our 95 year old house, including demolition of walls and shelves/cabinets/sinks and plumbing. Additional service of adding a footing to the basement walls. All the work took three days. Excellent work and looks great, though a bit costly."

"The crew that did my roof was very detailed and quick. Project manager Steve was transparent and found numerous ways to ensure I would be receiving the best possible product. I am very pleased and feel at ease knowing I now have a great roof."

"It worked out fine and they did a great job. They also installed a humidifier and the basement has been clean and dry ever since. We are satisfied with them."
