The service men from A-1 Safety Chimney Service Rigo and Esteven provided friendly, professional, excellent service. They gave me a window for their ETA, called when they were 20minutes away and arrived on time. Rigo explained what they were going to do and answered my questions. They worked efficiently and finished in a timely manner and were respectful of my property. I highly recommend this company , Also, the company should be commended for hiring such friendly competent employees Rigo and Steven.

It is unfortunate that the work was not done properly and they are obviously not able to repair what was done wrong. I needed new caps put on two chimneys, but because they claim they cannot get the proper caps they simply did their best to cover the chimney so it does not leak. This was done so badly that I have no confidence in moving forward with this company.

Two young men came from Carol stream . They did a great job . Theyâ ll be back in the fall to do some work before winter 2023 .

The installers are nice and very easy to understand. They took one look at the crack in my fireplace and knew what needed to be done to fix it. They even had the part on the truck so they fixed it very quickly and professionally..

promised to email pictures of before and after. And still have not seen them.only a couple of days. Maybe soon.

They inspected my chimney and replaced the cap and did some repairs. What I liked was that they took photos of what needed repairing and photos of the process. They were fast and professional.

Prompt service and reasonably priced. Would have liked to see the void filler concealed/blended and mineral staining removed as part of the project. I still have visible signs of the prior chimney condition.
