It is unfortunate that the work was not done properly and they are obviously not able to repair what was done wrong. I needed new caps put on two chimneys, but because they claim they cannot get the proper caps they simply did their best to cover the chimney so it does not leak. This was done so badly that I have no confidence in moving forward with this company.
