They did a very good job. They came when they said they would be here. I was very pleased with the job they did!

My project was in 2 parts.. First was to paint 3 walls (7x9, 14x9,13x9), no trim at all, had to paint around 2 windows without moving anything in new apt. I bought premium paint. One coat guaranteed. 2nd project assemble 2 night stands. Painter Gary (a kind, older man)was excellent and finished painting in six hours. The contractor left him alone though he said there would be 2 workers. Gary was unable to assemble furniture and admitted from the outset he likely could not. One the 3rd day Carl (contractor) sent another older man stooped over so badly he could not walk upright and seemed so unhealthy yet also very kind. He started assembly but could not complete the job. Carl said he would not finish the job and would refund $80. He charged $640. Initially, which was $140.00 over Angi recommended price, to which I agreed.Additionally he said he would have 2 additional workers which he did not. I cut him some slack because he had a sick dog but I still needed my job completed. This is a completely unprofessional way to handle a job.Do not take jobs if unable to complete.Carl stated from the beginning after reviewing instructions that he would likely need to assemble himself. The average time listed on the furniture website to assemble was 2 hours. Overall, it was handled very poorly. I emphasize the painter Gary was excellent, the other just very poor management. I did feel that half of my payment should have been returned. Carl said he had too much time invested. Perhaps that was true. But he also did not staff the job appropriately. I will not recommend C and N handyman to anyone in Chattanooga.

Carl was very patient and kind with us. We got the wrong paint and he waited while my husband ran back to Home Depot. I would suggest you let Carl furnish the paint. We will definitely use him again.
