I thought they were expensive. They changed a flat rate which was about 400$ and my faucet took less than an hour to install. They also sold me something from their truck when I had my own faucet.

There were pros and cons. PROs are 1, They called me ahead and arrived on time. 2. The person was courteous and professional. 3. Work seems to have been competent... CONs are 1. They work strictly from a predetermined price list but would not give me ANY indication before arrival what my possible cost would be. 2. I explained I needed to disconnect the stacked washer dryer, so I could dispose of it. They disconnected the gas as requested. They did not suggest or ask if I needed the water disconnected. They left after 15 minutes, but I was charged a 1-hour minimum. The person was very sales-y. I am disappointed the serviceman did not really look at the job and notice that I had overlooked something. Too much time on him telling me how "great" he was.
