"First let me say I believe you have reviewed the wrong inspector as we have not done a home in the Lilburn area in over a year. Second we would never provide an inspection report from another inspection. We are proud that we do every inspection as if we have never seen the property. This is very important as things change from minute to minute, day to day, month to month. You can do an inspection on Monday and on Tuesday things that were ok can be wrong. It is the nature of the beast, especially with mechanical items. I am sorry if the inspector you used tried to provide you with someone else's inspection report, but I can say we would never do that. I can say I have been an inspector since 2011 and our company has done the same house inspection two weeks apart once back in 2013."

"We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your home inspection services. First I must say we inspect every home as if we were going to buy it and live in it ourselves. Second when we identify an item there is something wrong that either needs to be fixed, is information for the buyer or needs to be replaced. We always comment on the structural issues of your home it is in section three of the report and covers the foundation, structural wall, columns or additional support features, structural flooring systems and structural ceiling systems. The report can not be sent out if this section is not completed. As for code issues like structural issues no comment means the house is compliant for our inspections. Note in a general inspection the inspector is not required to provide any references to code violations as these items were enforced by the municipality prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, to the builder. thank you for noting we provided pictures as we provide an average of 80-100 pictures in our reports and they are some 50-70 pages in length. I am sorry we did not meet you expectations for a through inspection. We will strive harder to understand yours and other clients expectations prior to preforming our inspections in the future. If it is not their fault I will go back and make sure the items we could not inspect are working or not. It is just the right thing to do. In addition if it is a technical item that was fixed as part of the inspection process we will also go and re-inspect without a fee. Bottom line our clients come first, everything else will take care of itself.."
