Window Genie of Kansas City MO

We enjoyed the team from Window Genie, they were courteous, efficient, and very pleasant. They did a good job staining our deck and we were happy with the finished product, we would recommend them to others.

They were removing paint from my deck and the deck stairs and then stained the deck and stairs. The wood looks frayed. They broke my outdoor thermometer with the power washer and left it in the yard. The worst part is that I have tan siding and they got the deck color stain on the back of my house in 3 areas. I have asked the multiple times to please clean these areas up and they said they would but its been over a year now and I still have 3 large areas of stain on the siding on my house. They seemed great at first but as the job went on the customer service deteriorated. I would not recommend them if you want your job done right.

Paint 180 foot of privacy fence. Arrived on time and had the job completed on time. Required no supervision on my part. The area around the fence was actually cleaner when they left than before they started. Highly recommended.
