"We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!"

"After having a few of the big guys give me estimates. They all seemed to very similar. I hesitated to put my project in a lead generator, but eventually connected With Vitalia. He was persistent and asked a lot question. Then he explained my options. E.g. actual bill came to less than quote. I gave them a tip for fast, quality products and service."

"The technician (TJ) phoned ahead and was able to arrive ahead of the time frame. He carefully explained what he was looking for while checking our heating system and then reported his findings when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning when either purchasing a furnace or air conditioner or having your service on these appliances."

"Josh was persistent in finding the problem . Repaired my furnace. pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services."

"It went great. He was on time--and it was the morning after Thanksgiving! He had to come back to do one more repair--initially we thought the only thing wrong with the toilet was the water line, but another connector also needed replacing. He came back the same day, just a few hours later, replaced the part, and only charged us for the part, not the labor. The dispatcher was great getting back in contact with him quickly and letting us know when he was able to return."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Two fellows came. It was explained and shown to me the problems with the leaky faucets, conclusion being that one would need to be replaced not repaired; the other could be "nursed" along for a while. I chose to have them both replaced and it was done efficiently. One of the fellows also was able to "fix" the tub knobs."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"Good experience quick visit since actual repair completed under warranty with another company."

"Magic and Miracles was a wonderful company to deal with.  She was timely efficient and a real hustler.  She took over the task of getting a home together that I had listed for sale and organized and cleaned a two story patio home in Scottsdale.  I would definitely recommend Magic and Miracles to anyone needing a cleaning service that goes above and beyond to get the job done and done right!
I actually got her name from Angie's list and I'm glad I did....
