"The work was done very professionally for a great deal. The job demand was to mount two cameras, one in the front door and the other jn the garage. Oscar and Alejandro knew what worked and was not afraid of putting out suggestions on how to improve it. When a plan might not work, we came up with a different solution that achieved the same goal. "David and his guys did a great job renovating our master bathroom in our 1979 condo. The shower had the original tiles so it looked pretty outdated when Adam came by to give his estimate. Adam was very professional, friendly, and generous with his time. He gave suggestions and inputs design-wise, also different options if we wanted to reduce costs on certain things on our wishlist. We met with several other contractors, but we decided to go with Roys Builders because of their professionalism, and Adam always responded to our emails promptly. David was knowledgeable and he was great in helping me organized what materials I needed to buy, where to get deals, etc. Master Bathroom: They demolished the old shower and installed new shower pan, new tiles on the shower walls and floor, new shower fixtures, added shampoo niche, installed shower glass, new toilet, and new exhaust fan/heater/ light combo. They also created wood window frame to make the old aluminum sliding window looks so much nicer! They also applied wallpaper on the accent wall, and painted the rest of the walls. Guest Bathroom: They did some repairs and updated/ installed several things: new vanity, new medicine cabinet, new faucet and shower fixtures, and replaced water-damaged baseboards, painted the new baseboards, painted the wall, and also added the wood frame around the sliding aluminum window. Actually, they did many other little things/ finishing touches to make our bathrooms turned out great! All of his guys were nice and polite. We highly recommended this company"

"We purchased an older home in Trestle Glen a few years back knowing that at some point we'd either have to move or bite the bullet and replace the old, worn out rear deck. After putting aside some money we started calling up contractors, and from the moment we met Todd we knew were going to be in good hands. He's been extremely responsive via text and email and was a pleasure to work with throughout the course of our four-month project. This job was particularly tough due to the tight street access and severely downsloped lot. Todd and his crew had a tough job to pull off, but their craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing to see in the finished product. The scope of services included pouring a rebar reinforced grade beam with 8' drilled footings (during a very wet March) and erecting a three-story ~700 sq ft deck with stairs and a landing, all at about 40' below street level. Todd showed a huge amount of patience during the drawn-out owner-builder permitting process (Oakland zoning laws are no joke!) and with the bombproof, slightly overdesigned drawing set prepared by our structural engineer. The site was kept clean and the extremely professional and talented two-man crew who pulled this off (Forrest and Osmond) were as unobtrusive as they could be while drilling holes through the exterior of our house. We've had a great experience overall and I'd hire him and his crew for any home improvement project! P.S. -- the attached photo is from the last week of work before cleanup so don't mind the sawhorses."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
