"I’m very pleased with the AC and heater hookup service. The technician was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed correctly and explained how to operate the system efficiently. The unit runs smoothly — cooling and heating work perfectly, and the temperature control is spot-on. The work area was left clean and tidy, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend their service!"

"After trying to get another A rated company to come to my home and not getting any response after multiple attempts to reach them, I reached out to ABQ Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They answered my call immediately (no messages had to be left), they had someone scheduled to be there within days (I called on a Friday). The toilet issue was repaired same day as the consultation. Matt, the technician who came out, completed the job quickly and the work was great. He discussed caulking options with me and provided his input on why I may or may not want to do it a specific way and let me decide how I wanted it done. He was scheduled to return the following Monday to complete the work to replace the kitchen Faucet and garbage disposal. He gave input on purchase options with him vs. getting it ourselves and pros and cons of both. We opted to buy our own and have him do the work. He provided some general guidance on brands without pushing any specific one, and guaranteed he could install whatever we purchased. He arrived on-time on the scheduled day, and performed the replacements quickly. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future. I highly recommend this company, and Matt is great."

"First, I am not a friend, employee or relative. this is the third time I have used their services. The first was to repair an air conditioner. Excellent price and workmanship. The second was to install a water softener system Again, good price and work. The third time was as a second opinion on a serious water leak not related to the softener installation. The first company stated an entire replumb necessary. Ortega diagnosed and repaired in 5 hours for a very low price. They are prompt, reliable, very reasonable cost, take pride in their work and will not leave until the job is finished and well done. They even clean up after the job! Needless to say, I will not use any other company."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"We had an excellent experience with our furnace installation. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and completed the installation with great care. They took the time to explain the new system, confirmed that everything was functioning properly, protected our home throughout the process, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We’re very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them."

"Mike, Allen and Jose were consummate professionals. From the first consultation to the finished job, they were all very knowledgeable and efficient. Really appreciated their patience with the trouble shooting that was required to actually find the problem before they fixed it. Once the problem was located, they went about their work in a very efficient and professional manner. Very polite and courteous and thorough, went the extra mile to lay down protective coverings in the house and also cleaned up very nicely afterwards before they left. They completely replaced old flex tubing with new materials (not an easy feat in a flat roofed house) Would highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again."

"Wonderfully. The installers were thorough, professional, on-time, patient with instruction, and even fixed one or two things outside the scope of the work. I've used TLC for many different kinds of projects in my home, from the very small to replacing all the piping underneath my house and yard so I've experienced their work quality and the quality of their interaction with the customer. They're professional through and through, and I feel confident when I use their services. And their estimators are excellent as well, staying in contact before the job and answering all my questions so that everything works out. Can't say enough good about this company and the quality of their employees and their work."

"Jerrod Ortiz installed and corrected duct work. We had lived with a previous crappy install by a company that is out of business, and moved to Wagner. Can not say enough about the great job, good price and Jerrod and his assistant are real professional. I recommend them and would hire him and Robert again."
