"I had a very disappointing experience with Beacon Home Services. This company charges extremely high prices for even the most basic repairs. I needed a simple leak fixed in my gas water heater?a job that took no more than 10?15 minutes?and the cost was outrageously high. Their customer service was equally frustrating. They were rude, unhelpful, and promised to call me back but never did. The lack of professionalism was obvious at every step. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Save your money and look for a reputable service provider that values honesty, fair pricing, and respectful communication."

"Technician came and for replacing stove cord and replacing just the outlet he charged $675. Unfortunately I didn't realize that this was overcharged. I learned after service that this should not cost more than $250-$300.Technician also didn't give me a receipt, I have been calling to speak with a manager and am told that manager will call me but they never did. What a rip off. This is last time I will hire them for sure. Be very careful if you hire them, definitely should get few quotes or look up how much it cost otherwise they will charge whatever. "

"We couldn?t be happier with the work?which frankly came as a big surprise. The work required the team to excavate three enormous holes in our yard and landscaping: one at the water main on the curb, one where the water pipe intersected local utilities in our yard and one in our landscaping bed where the water main entered the house. It looked like complete hell, with gigantic piles of dirt everywhere. But we needn?t have worried?by the time the team was finished, you couldn?t tell that anything had ever been done! Everything was spic-n?-span, with every blade of grass and uprooted bush returned to its proper position. We were amazed! Thanks to Geary, Hyman and the team for a terrific job?well done, fellas!"

"I will NEVER use ARS of Virginia again! ARS failed sales & installation. During sales pitch on 12/17, I was told install team would cover floors & anything else. 12/18- During HVAC installation, install team drilled into the brick wall to run the pvc piping outside. They did not cover anything so the brick dust went everywhere! They also failed to seal around the pvc piping hole indoors so cold air was seeping in. Lastly, they spilled pvc primer that is not removable all over my white floors. 12/21- Called ARS b/c house was filled w/ a plastic burning smell. ARS sent tech who said he could not smell anything due to his nasal congestion. He explained that new HVAC may need to ?air out?. 12/23- Heat stopped working in middle of night. Called ARS tech discovered that the air handler burned out b/c it was improperly installed. Plastic condensation tubing was installed outside so it froze & led to heat failure. That explained burning plastic smell b/c air handler was working overtime."
