"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

"We love Southern Aire! We are construction people and hard to please. You get great service for a fair price Even on the weekends it’s great service."

"Saturday afternoon and I realized my home was not cool. The thermostat was 83 and climbing. I was able to contact A-Anderson HVAC and electrical. They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable . Everyone from phone to personal service was great. The price was also in my expected range. I highly recommend this company."

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"We had an issue with our AC not cooling and they showed up fast, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything running again the same day. Very professional, honest, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was top notch. Hard to find dependable service like this anymore. Highly recommend Ac and Heating Near Me NTX for anyone needing HVAC work done."

"????? Excellent furnace service ? highly recommend Caleb with Always There Air did an outstanding job servicing our furnace. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what he was doing and what to watch for going forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through a service call. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was running efficiently, and left the area clean when he was done. It?s rare to find a technician who combines strong technical knowledge with great customer service, but Caleb absolutely does. I wouldn?t hesitate to use Always There Air again and will specifically request Caleb for future HVAC needs. Highly recommend."

"Chris was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Turns out it was a super simple fix that didn't even require any parts or tools so he didn't charge us a dime. Another company wanted to do a full replacement totaling over $2500. Great guy, we'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future."

"Fantastic customer service. This team will go above and beyond for you 24/7. I can't say enough nice things about how great they were on repair and install. They truly care about their customers. Best HVAC company I have ever used and will continue to use from now on."

"This was my first experience with One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur and West Denton, and I couldn’t be happier! Our AC decided to quit during the extreme Texas summer heat, and they were able to get us back up and running quickly. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic. They were on time, professional, clean, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. And the price was very reasonable, which was an added bonus! When your AC goes out in this Texas heat, you want someone you can count on—and One Hour Heating & Air definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend them for their professionalism, service, and overall customer experience!"
