The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
