Carl Wallace, the plumber who did the work , was fantastic. He was very instructive, knowledgeable and tightened my hose connection to my homemade drip system (which started this whole issue)."

"I was pleased with the friendly and prompt service, both over the phone and by the technician.  He inspected the furnace functions, replaced the filter, checked for carbon monoxide.  It's about 28 years old, but we previously replaced the gas valve.  I asked him to look at an area around the flue where some swamp cooler water had dripped, because it had become a little rusty.  He said it doesn't appear to be a cause for concern at present.  He installed a disposable filter in place of the permanent filter, but left the permanent filter with me.  The disposable filter seems to be working fine.

We had a leak from our dishwasher connection which ruined our kitchen cabinets, floors and even counters. I had a plumber come out to fix the connection which wasn't correctly done. Month's later, after fixing the cabinet and the floor we had the counter tops replaced. During the process we discovered the previous leak wasn't fixed. I called a couple of places who couldn't come out until the following week and one could come out but was around $160 per hour! I had a referral to Budget so I placed a call and they were so friendly and sent someone out within a few hours. The plumber did a great job in a short amount of time and charged $112 for parts and service.

Counter installation complete and now I needed someone to reconnect the plumbing. I was able to schedule as needed, job was done very well again and in a reasonable amount of time.

Customer service and quality is incredible from this company. I will use them again and refer them as often as I can. Actually, I already have.
